Returning 3D Glasses?

Featured Replies

Hello, Has anybody returned their 3d glasses under the Edimensional 30 day money back guarantee? As far as I can see, their webiste says I should send an e mail to [email protected] However, two e mails to this address requesting an RMA(?) number for me to return the glasses remain unanswered. I also sent an e mail to the other address at co.uk but this remains unanswered as well. Their phone number appears to be for sales only but I'm going to try it tomorrow anyway. Victor

Well several e mails and one phone call later I still have not reveived a response from Edeimensional. This is shoddy beyond belief and shows very bad manners on their part. I will ensure that I do not deal with this company again. Before, I might have considered keeping the glasses whilst suitable drivers were made available. However, I am now more dtermined then ever to send them back for a refund. It seems that Edimensional are very good at repsponding when someone has a question about their products but that, when it comes to someone asking for their money back, they shup up shop. If needs be, I will resort to the Small Claims Court.

High westy! Still no luck with the ED I see. I am quite surprised to see this since me they have always answered within 2-3 days. And yes that adress is the one I have always mailed to with no problem.

Well I got a response from ED the evening of posting my last message. The glasses have been sent back and I now await the refund.Victor

Replace them with TrackIR believe me you won
