With MyTraffic or UT, probably around 15-20 (if there's no big scenery around). And if you got then some airport addon (Simflyers, FlyTampa, or similar), forget going above 10fps. My guesses.

And OF COURSE it depends which airport you are in, meaning how many AI aircraft are on the airport and how many are in your view.
