I finally broke down and purchased FS9..got a good deal after being a happy FS2K2 Pro user for a long time. Just looking for some opinions as to how FS9 will run on my system and any recommended upgrades. Specs are as follows:Asus A7NX-X MoboAthlon XP 2400+512 PC2700 RamSound Blaster LiveThanks!Mike

It should run fine on your computer. However, you failed to mention the most important aspect, the graphic adapter.W. Sieffert

Put it this way:I'm on a PIII 500, upgraded to a 1.2 Tualatin (Celeron)... I have 384 megs of ram and a Diamond Viper 770 Ultra 32 vid card, and it runs between 10-20 FPS, a bit lower in congested areas. Generally, it's on medium settings...I'm happy with it. It's running at only 1-2 FPS slower than 2002 Pro.Your machine will do much better. But if you have it, you mean to say you actually came here to post before installing it and trying it out?You must be a very patient man, Mike!Andrew

Thanks to W.Seiffert and Andrew! Sorry for the late reply. The item I forgot to mention....senior moment...was the ATI Radeon 9700 Pro Vid card. As to my patience Andrew, I just ordered it, and haven't received it yet. Thanks again for your replies!Mike
