Anyone using GoFlight Rudder Pedals?

Featured Replies

I would be interested in opinions from people who have been using the GoFlight rudder pedals for awhile as I am considering purchasing and getting rid of my CH pedals for good.Do they seem reliable so far?, any pitfalls to watch out for?, do they freeze up like the CH do?any input would be helpful, especially if you switched over from CH!Dave

Hey Dave,I switched from CH to the Go-Flight pedals last year. It took less than 15 minutes to decide to box them up and send them back... Great looking, I will give them that but not for the average user.I had major issues with the actual construction. The gearing mechanism on the bottom did not have a pin to lock the gear in place. It kept slipping off and the pedals had no response to movement. I could have drilled a hole and placed a pin myself but for that much money I wasn't risking it. The tension was also MUCH to stiff. Unless you have the ability to bolt them to the floor of a home cockpit they will be sliding all over on you.I went back to my CH pedals and could not be happier.Just my .02,-PaulLiquid CooledAMD 4000 San Diego2 Gigs Kingston Corsair XMS CL2Dual 7800 GTX 24 inch widescreen dual 19 inch LCDRaid-0psolksig.jpg
