April 14, 200620 yr hi allis anyone using 2 DELL 24" 2405s for FS? I was thinking i'd really like to get more of the front left view of the captains seat and was contemplating getting another 24" DELL to put for the front left hand side, however i dont know if this is possible and what type of video card you'd need to successfully get this to work with decent frame rates.rgds I7-10700F RTX 3070 32 Gig Ram
April 14, 200620 yr You would need dual 6800 or above video cards. Personally I think you would need an SLI motherboard without SLI enabled. I do not think there is a video card out there that would run DUAL monitors at 1920*1200 in FS and give you anywhere near decent framerates. I run dual 7800GTX non-sli for 3 monitors, 1 24 and two 19 and if I wanted to add another 24 I would replace both 19's. I think for todays video cards, one monitor at 1920*1200 is enough for it to push in FS.Just my .02,-Paulhttp://home.comcast.net/~psolk/3monitorsa.html Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk

April 25, 200620 yr In another forum I read a few posts from someone who had two of those, and the general experience is that it is too much display too handle. At first it seems nice, but after a while he noticed that the far ends where just to far away. Also he got a strained neck from constantly turning his heads. He wasn't talking about flightsims though so it could be different in that situation.Allard.
