April 15, 200620 yr I read somewhere that someone used a button on their CH yoke to toggle or run through different settings for AI. So when landing at a dense airport, a button push set AI to a lower percentage or off entirely for a smooth approach, then toggled again to full after landing or while airborne. Anyone know how this is done?Michael
April 15, 200620 yr I do it with the FSUIPC (full payware vers). It is under a button press, Control Action is called Traffic Density Toggle, and you can set the density percentage parameter that your return to traffic press sets.I have the toggle on a one of my CH Throttle buttons. First push is off, second push is back on at 100% (my choice). I have never seen a pause going to zero, usually you will get a pause a quick reload bar when going back up.Good Luck.Joe Lorenc Joe Lorenc
April 15, 200620 yr Yep, registered version of FSUIPC. I programmed three GoFlight buttons for 30%, 60%, 100%/0% Toggle.Bud
April 18, 200620 yr >Yep, registered version of FSUIPC. I programmed three>GoFlight buttons for 30%, 60%, 100%/0% Toggle.Presumably it is not instantaneous and you still have to wait the 30 seconds or more while FS generates the new traffic?--Bryn
April 18, 200620 yr Going to a lower percentage is instantaneous, going to a higher one it takes one to three seconds to load depending on the area. That is using default and Project AI. Probably depends on how much extra AI traffic you have on your system. If it takes 30 seconds you must have tons of AI traffic :)Bud
