Hi there, I am having constant problems with the frame rates in FS9.I have had my computer for only a year and a half, and when first had it FS was fine, but now its a pain.I have a Fujitsu Scaleo PPentium 4 HTCPU Speed 3400Mhz1024 MB Memory180GB Hard DriveNvidia FX5500 GraphicsI do admit I have installed alot of addons, but find now that I need, like most people, to have all sliders to the left, and even with this my frame rates are no better than 12?I have tried everything from uninstalling a few programmes and ending running programmes and even have a memory optimizer, but still makes no difference.Can anyone suggest anything or should I upgrade my memory?Kind RegardsGavin Moss

Your CPU should work extremely well for FS9!Do you ever defrag your hard drive? It can make a difference. Try it and see.It might also be your video card. Or the drivers. FS9 needs a powerful video card. Should be 256MB of video RAM as a base.I just ordered another 1024 of RAM for my DELL XPS with 1024 MB RAM, but I expect it to improve performance at the margins only.JS
