Use of Logo stickers........

Featured Replies

G'day all,I've just assembled a new computer with a Gigabyte motherboard and an Intel E6600 core 2 Duo processor. Both components come as boxed retail components and each includes a small approximately square metallic decal obviously meant to be prominently displayed on the front of the computer case. There appears to be no restriction on the use of the Gigabyte decal but I just happened to be reading the "fine print" on the included leaflet with the cpu and find the "intel inside" decal can only be used if one has a licence from intel !!!Does anyone know what this is all about and does the fact that I have purchased a boxed retail version of the cpu mean that I am granted license to use the supplied decal?Weird???????Cheers,Roger

Oh riiiiiiiiiightStick em wherever you want...You can do whatever you want with YOUR box....I got my AMD and Asus stickers on my case

Hi,I always throw mine in the trash. After updating many times, the box contents and the stickers never match anyways!Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/Active Sky V6 Development Team Active Sky V6 Proud SupporterHiFi Beta TeamRadar Contact Supporter: http://www.jdtllc.com/AirSource Member: http://www.air-source.us/FSEconomy Member:http://www.fseconomy.com/
