That is a tough nut to crack. MUI means Multilingual User Interface pack. That's the only part I could learn for certain. I'm guessing OEI means Original Equipment Installer, as all links lead back to Microsoft's OEM system builder area, which requires a good reason to be allowed to register and go much deeper. DSP I simply have no confidence in deciphering, but my best guess is Download Service Pack. What I could learn is, the guy that purchases these things has to be a system builder, has to sell the license within 90 days of selling the system and what the builder gets when he buys is licenses only, no media. You use a separate Microsoft OEM pack to download and install the software, transfer the license to the purchaser of the system, who then uses it to activate the software and who then has 90 days to get backup media from Microsoft. The packs come with licenses limited to specific regions of the world. Whew.-Seadog

You're welcome. I dearly loves a puzzle, and yours was a most worthy challenge.:-walksmile -Seadog
