Throttle stopped working

Featured Replies

For some reason my throttle controls have stopped working. I have the CH yoke and the Saitek throttle. Everything was working great. They both can be calibrated under options. I can then assign them to the throttle but when I go to fly default c172 or any, I have no throttle. I tried to calibrate through FSUIPC and it will not register there, not even the CH yoke throttle will. I have removed FSUIPC and reinstalled it and nothing. No throttle. I unassign and reassign and make sure that there is only one assignmet for the throttle. It just won't work anymore. I really hope I don't have to re install FS9. Everything works fine in FSXHelp, I can't fly today!!!!!!!

kittie,Maybe your fsuipc.ini is corrupt. Have you tried to move it out of the modules folder, to make fsuipc create a new one?Ulf B Core2Duo X6800, 4GB RAM, BFG 8800GTXCreative SB X-Fi (Gamer mode)Vista 32 SP1 RC, FSX Acc/SP2

Yes, I've deleted it, emptied trashs, then reboot, installed a new one and same thing. It has to be something with FSUIPC that's causing it.

try inceasing sensitivity in FS assignments. Move the sliders..Raoul

:-wave Fixed it, it was the sensitivity setting. For some reason it moved all the way to the other side. I love the new Saitek throttle, but these pantom switches are a pain. In FSX the switches keep resetting themselves to default, no matter how many times I program them.
