multiple monitor setup ???

Featured Replies

HI all and thanks in advance.Right now you can see my current rig in my sig. I have a older 17" lcd that I would like to use as well so I can put gauges and other stuff on that and if possible have the VC on the main monitor. My Mother board has 4 PCIe slots so I could put a GF 7600GS in one of those slots to run the second monitor. Whats the best way to set this up?

Ah, just plug the second monitor into the second output of your existing card. OR you could add a second card and plug it in there. The setup comes from your driver software. You will "extend" your desktop onto the second monitor. Then drag and drop and re-size your "views" from within Fs.Ok? and so it begins.........http://eecherrors.homestead.com/updown.jpghttp://eecherrors.homestead.com/2monscreen.jpghttp://eecherrors.homestead.com/monitor3.jpghttp://eecherrors.homestead.com/coxpit.jpg

That last one made me faint for just a second.
