April 25, 200818 yr I always thought that we should leave the box for "AA" unchecked and let the vid card do it's own thing. Well, if I uncheck it, it looks terrible. I have this system:AMD 6000+ 64 X24GB Gskill PC6400Nvidia GeForce 9600GTAny thoughts? Image Coming... KregE | B757/767 FO
April 25, 200818 yr Moderator Hi,A bit more info would help. What resolution are you running at?If you disable AA in FSX you have to control it externally via a suitable utiity. For nVidia cards I believe RivaTuner is used. If you don't set AA (and AF) externally then it will be switched off. Hence why it looks awful. You can download RivaTuner here http://www.guru3d.com/index.php?page=rivatunerCheers, Ray (Cheshire, England). April 25, 200818 yr Author Hi Ray,Thanks for the insight. I do use nHancer and RivaTuner to run my vid card.I'm running my monitor, and FS, at 1680x1050x32. My vid card drivers are the 174.16 Forceware.I use a profile via nHancer. Could you explain where in RivaTuner to edit those? Thanks Image Coming... KregE | B757/767 FO
