Also, under the properties, where you can select "Joystick", "Keyboard", or "Mouse", have it be able to go into the joystick folder, display all the options (manufacturers) and then be able to selct from the xml files listed there. If no file for that joystick is found at that point, ask the user if they wish to create one.
