Problem with FSRepaint.

Featured Replies

Hi guys. After not having used FSRepaint for some weeks I tried to use it today. An errormessage was shown and it tells ( freely translated )System DLL-file user32.dll was moved within the memory. The application will not work.Moving was done while the adress was needed by C:windowssystem32HHCTRL.OCX.Contact supplier and ask for new DLL.Can anyone help me out?http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/169575.jpgRegardsLeen de Jager "Flybike"

I can't help because my FSRepaint is working real good and lasting a long time. Thanks, however, for reminding why I turned off Windows' Updates some months ago.

Just received this message from ABACUS ( fantastic quick response, thanks Sharon/ABACUS)We have contacted the publisher on this and waiting to hear if he has a solution. It is due to the Windows update that came out on Tuesday. Best regards, SharonSo we`ll have to hold our brushes a while , but it has their attention.Leen

Yeah...I already spent hours trying to figure out that .dll and .ocx...stuff... recovered from earlier system-status, lost some repaints, re-configured, still not working after re-updating the Windows Security update....So just keep hands off, until we get some response....hehe(Although this doesnt keep me from updating all the Triple-Sevens to the Fruitastic models......)Keep flying...Alex

Hi,I encountered the same issue a few days ago while trying to do my last repaint. Due to an Windows XP update, there is a conflict between HHCTRL.OCX and user32.dll files. Microsoft has already released a patch to fix it.You should download it at this address :http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb%3Ben...35448&x=13&y=11Hope this helps...Kind regards,Vincent Mellinger

Thanks Vincent.Works for me as well....of course....;-)once again it shows how helpful it is to post our problems in this forums.... some good souls over here always help us.....Keep flying...Alex.
