Hi again folks.... I believe my problem is ASN (Active Sky Next) Weather Engine related. I switched back to REX Weather Engine and for the moment no freezes at all..... I keep an eye on it and do further tests... There is an SP1 on the beta testing for ASN....I wait till official version comes out and try again ASN... Regards Alex LSZH

Thank you for your answer 777simmer But i dont have this problem from the beginning. Everything worked fine without freezing. Only after Sp1b and it seems now only on 777-200 i get this freezings. So it cannot be the settings on my computer. I have an high-end 32 GB RAM machine with two GTX690, i7 Processor. I only use it for FSX. Thanks anyway for your help. Alex

Same problem here after updating to Sp1b. Especially on 777-200. just after takoff on climb, FSX freezes. Sound still on, but screen freezes and i have completely shut down computer with ctrl-alt-del. I am using also Active Sky Next Weather engine This freezing problem happend only since update to Sp1b....... Any hint? Solutions? thank you in advance Alex LSZH

Bad news Folks! on my third fllight with 777-200 i got the freezed Screen again..... :( so ist not the affinity mask....... I dont know what it is..... I continue flying 777-300 and Keep you informed if it freezes as well..... all problems after Sp1b Alex LSZH

Ok folks, I changed my affinity mask settings from 254 back to value 14 and i did two test flights..........and.............no freezing! So I hope really with this change of affinity mask value back to "14" i could solve the freezing problems. Thanks for the hint. Alex LSZH

Hi folks I also have freezes/ crash to desktop after Sp1b. I also use ASN. Especially if i fly with 777-200 i have those CTD. with 777-300 no problems I hope the PMDG will fix this issue we all have. Regards Alex LSZH

Exactly so it was! I copied the contact points of AIG AN 124 and voilà, the AN 225 showed up at every airport it should be along the flightplan! Actually the AN 124 has 7 contact points and the AN225 has 12 but it seems it doesnt matter. Thank you very much for your help, and I hope the one or the other can take also advantage of this. Hi Folks I am using FSX. Yesterday I installed the Global AI Antonov 225. I have following problem with it: When I load the Airport where it should Show up, then I see how FSX loads the plane for just one second and then it sinks out in the Apron ground and is no more visible. If i put an AIG Antonov 124 on the same flightplan and load the same Airport at the same time, the AIG AN 124 Shows up correctly. I am good in Terms of AI traffic, AFCAD etc. but now I dont have any hint why the AN 225 does that. I believe maybe something wrong the plane model config? Any hint / help? I there Thanks for answering. It was a double posting. I had been advised to turn off the LAND and SEA option on Accufeel. And now its working as I wanted without veering to the left or right. Thanks again for your help.

I did switch off the LAND and SEA Option on A2A Accufeel and indeed, the problem seems to be solved. Thank you :rolleyes: :Applause:

Hi folks I fly now several hours on 737-800 NGX. On many landings which I do manually following happens: I usually set Autobrake on "2" Spoilers armed Flaps 40 (usually) Approach Speed about 140 knots fpm -800 about after touch down and when front wheel also touches the runway very often the plane starts to veer to the left or right lifting up its left or right wheels. I hardly can do a "flat" landing and rollout, so that the plane stays stable / horizontal on the runway. Any hints? Kind regards and thanks for help Alex LSZH

Great job! Congratulations, it looks very realistic! But......... I am missing the 2D cockpit..... :wacko: I say that, because I ever ever flew with 2D even the wonderful NGX of PMDG..... So....I dont know if I will buy Track IR and stuff like that to move around cockpit while flying. I am used to do the landings from the 2D view, with all the instruments in front of me.... Now call me a retro-flyer, or a oldie.....but its like that for me. Anyway congratulations to all the PMDG team....and who knows...may be there will still be some 2D...... :rolleyes: Alex LSZH

Yeah...I already spent hours trying to figure out that .dll and .ocx...stuff... recovered from earlier system-status, lost some repaints, re-configured, still not working after re-updating the Windows Security update....So just keep hands off, until we get some response....hehe(Although this doesnt keep me from updating all the Triple-Sevens to the Fruitastic models......)Keep flying...Alex

Hi.I have the CD-Version of the PMDG 737-600/700/800/900 installed on my desktop computer as well as the 744 and 744F (both downloaded viathe PMDG-online-shop, that was in August 2005)Now i bought a notebook, and i could install easily the 737 because they were on CD. But i cannot re-download the 744 from the online shop. I have all the order numbers.My question: Since i have no lost product and all the 747 files are on my desktop computer, could any crack tell me all the files (with location) to shift to the other computer? I have the textures and the MSP Panel, but no other stuff, as well as no PMDG pop up Menu on FS (only the PMDG pop up for 737)Thanks for helpAlex from LSZHflying the 744 in Swissair colours....

Hi folksI just bought a notebook, and since i am used to fly with the keypadi bought an external keypad to use with notebook while flying FS9.But i dont know why the key nr "5" is not responding. Icannot assign the key to any function. Hi folks.I want to rename the Tocantins Airport (Brasil) from old SBPMto the new SBPJ Identifier.Is it possible to rename the "stock"apxxxxx.bgl file?Should i try to load the "stock" SBPM file to AFCAD and on Menu "Properites" change the Designator to SBPJ, but then it saysthat it will duplicate the files when i try to save. Yep. I had the "Wake turbulence" and even the "Increased wake turbulence" option set on on ActiveSky. I now switched it off, and had no more problems above mentioned earlier.Many thanks to all for replying...even to them who doubted about my flying skills....;-)Alex (LSZH)
