I would like to paint the BAW tail logo using photoshop (I am fairly new to this program) and was wondering if someone knows how to create the highlights.I will try the "light" filter and see if that works. Any suggestions would be appreciated, either a link to the logo or even a tutorial would be helpful.Thanks,

What i would do is create a new layer keep it as normal then draw a white line then go to effects and add motion blur experiment with it and adjust the layer density . First though you will need to paint the Union Jack .
