January 31, 200323 yr Does anyone know how to extract airport information from FS2002? I would like to pull out the runway headings, ILS frequencies, radio frequencies, etc.. I want to make a database of the airports but I don't how to get the information out of FS.Thanks,

January 31, 200323 yr Groundpounder,I think that if you download AFCAD131.zip (should be available here or at flightsim.com) and installed it, you would be able to import airport data as a text file, and, if careful, even modify it. Read the accompaning text file fully.Also, if you go to World/Map View and zoom in to the airport, and then double click on one of the airport's runways, you can get a lot of the info you want.Good luck,

February 1, 200323 yr Thanks for the information. I once saw someone post screen shots of a database made in MS Access that had all the airport information in it. He said that we just extracted all the information from FS somehow and I tried to email him about his program but I never had a response. Thanks again.
