What cargo and fuel loads to have? 777-200LR

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, I have done numerous posts on here about the 777-200LR and its 'bobbibg' in the air, and can't get a straight answer.I would like to know what people recommend for the cargo loads and fuel loads. I have tried setting the cg to 18% as mentioned by some but that does not work for me. Can anyone help me with a straight answer to what they have as the loads for both cargo and fuel so I can then load my aircraft in the proper configuration.Look forward to repliesGavin Moss

Gavin,Maybe not the help you're looking for... but anyway. I've got the 200LR as well and I don't have any bobbing at all. I'm not near my FS PC at the moment so I can't look up the numbers, but I never touched any of the pax/cargo load figures and the stability is the same regardless of whether I take 20, 40 or 60 tons of fuel with me. I simply use the excel sheet to get the proper CG (normally around 26 - 28%) , load that in the FMS and set the resulting take-off trim. So, maybe a quick re-install to ensure that you have the original load figures?

No bobbing here either, and I usually add cargo to forward position 1 - right now I use 60000lb. Add 60% fuel and usually I end up with a cg of around 10-11% which I input in the cdu. This bobbing at cruise is one issue I've never seen regardless of configuration.regards,Markhttp://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a319/markrey/lsd2.jpghttp://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a319/mar.../sup_banner.jpgXPHomeSP2/FS9.1/3.2HT/1GIG/X700pro256

Guest Gordius

It's in the sticky post (Oscillation at cruise) .... a bug. As well as changing CG to 18% it suggests editing aircraft.cfg. I am waiting in the patch myself cos the problem isn't too bad for me.Andrew BrownACPChttp://www.gordiusfs.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/192029.png
