January 24, 200521 yr Glad to be with the team. Last year I didn't have the skills or guts to fly a leg myself. Maybe this year I'll be able to lend a more official hand, as this year I've stocked up on guts, anyway. :DI'll still try to fly scout again this year when I can. A suggestion that may be put forward more formally (or even advertised) as race time nears is that folks who may not want to take responsibility for the baton but definitely want to help out can join the flight on multiplayer if possible and scout winds aloft at different altitudes a few miles ahead of the baton bearer. Besides that, it can be a pretty good morale builder to see a friendly craft or two at the destination field offering wind checks on final and wishing those with the baton the best.:-)Thanks for the welcome,Kevin
