invalid coupon!?

I wish to buy the fs2crew for the level d 767.I downloaded the coupon (it'a jpeg image,right?), ran the e-commerce wrapper, input my card no+code and hit buy.The screen works through the first two lines, but then this erorr message-"invalid or expired coupon". Previously, I had used the coupon when I bought the atr fs2crew. Why isn't it working now?And while we're on the subject. I just bought the level d 767. Do i have to install the sp3 for it? I know this affects the working of fs2crew for that plane.Eytan Ornstein

Hi,I emailed the following reply to your work address two days ago.Did you receive it?"I had a post at avsim about an invalid/expired coupon. The e-commerce wrapper gave me that error message when I tried to pay for the product.I posted the issue on the flight1 site, and they said it's not their coupon.I currently have fs2crew for the PMDG 737 and the Flight1 ATR.So I'm taking your offer of using Paypal as payment method.just let me know how that works."Eytan ornstein
