Ground Spoilers?

Recommended Posts

Hi,I cannot get the ground spoilers to ever deploy. When I land, the flight spoilers do, but that is it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance:)

I've seen that too in the Terry Gaff model. I just thuought it was the way the 732 rolled, but I see that it may not be the case.regards,Macs :)

Also make sure your throttle is at idle at touchdown.Cheers,JohnBoeing 727/737 & Lockheed C-130/L-100 Mechanichttp://www.sstsim.com/images/team/JR.jpg

EDIT: A quick lookover of the TM2 aircraft.cfg shows that the WING FOLD command is what controls the GRND SPOILERS. I wish this was not the case, as it is hard to hit SHFT F while doing other things :(. Well, now we know :)never worked for me :( all my other planes do just fine :(

I have v3.65I can never get them to work. Hit F1 and joystick to idle, have them armed before. Most planes it seems to be linked to mains, when they hit. I dunno

The panel sends the wingfold control when the plane lands with the spoiler handle armed, good hydraulic pressure, and electrical power.But...for all that to occur, the panel has to detect that you are using the Terry Gaff models that are packaged with the TM2. It does that by looking for a 1.0 gal right tip tank, which needs to be present in the aircraft.cfg file. If you have messed with the config and that tip tank isn't there...no control for the gnd spoilers is sent. Also, your joystick throttle axis must get the throttle to true idle (read 0). If it's not properly calibrated and the throttle isn't 0, it won't deploy 'em either.RegardsBob ScottATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-V L-300Santiago de Chile
