AI Traffic

Featured Replies

Hi all.Been flying FS2004 for a couple of years now, but never really bothered with AI traffic. But recently after looking at screenshots in the AVSIM screenshot section, I see peoples shots with traffic which looks great! The aircraft are proper airlines, and cool shapes etc. This makes me jealous!I bought traffic 2004 when it came out, but the aircraft are poor really so never really bothered. How do I go about getting aircraft to look good?Any help appreciated.Dale.

You have to put them in manually. It takes ALOT of time and effort to get your AI looking like most. You can go to www.world-of-ai.com and get a start on several airlines. I believe the flightsim community should get together and make a website where users can post aircraft repaint folders along with the traffic.bgl like ulitmate GA does. We have enough people in this community to have at least one person work on each airline in the world. If this is done we could have our sim full of every airline in the world with high quality models. I have a pretty good amount of ai and it has taken over a year for me to get where I am today!MARCUS

The freeware isn't as comprehensive as far the number of airline as the as a payware products - but a good place to start.I'd recommend you download packages from www.World-of-AI.com and www.Projectai.comI tend to personally use the package which is "newer" in the cases where both have the same airline.

ga-traffic_setup.zipthe above file uses your own aircraft as a general aviation for ai aircraft the world over.JimCYWG
