Progressive taxi and VOXATC

Featured Replies

Hi I hope someone can help. Im using VOXATC and in doing so I have turned off FS9 ATC. With that I no longer can get progressive Taxi. Is there anyway to get to be able to use Progressive taxi with FS9 ATC turned off? Thanks in Advance

I don't believe that is possible. You might try reposting this question in the voxatc forum here on avsim. In FS9 I use Manuel Ambulo's Airport Chart Viewer which works to depict your position on the airport. This is displayed in a popup map window and works very well. The file airchv50.zip is in the AVSIM scenery library. You will also need mansp3.zip. I never did care for the default follow me lines. Good luck.

Hi Bruce: Thanks for the advice and for responding to my question. Im going to check out the files you mentioned. Your right. Those follow me lines are pretty crude. And they say its as real as it gets. LOL Thanks Again Joe

Hi,You would find FS FlightKeeper useful. Although it's primarily a flight logger it also has what is probably the best moving map display which goes all the way down to individual parking gates and taxiways. It's easy to see where you are at any airport and navigation to the active is easy. The map data is built up by reading all the scenery BGLs.You can download it and try up to three flights before you decide to buy. http://www.flightkeeper.net/Screenshot07b.htmlCheers,
