After uninstalling FSX for the second and last time, it's back to beautiful FS9. I just bought DF's Baron and was wondering about the aircraft textures. It's got that nasty 1-2 second pause as the exterior textures load. Other than that, it's a pretty cool plane! Is there an easy way to reduce the res of those textures? I think they may be 32 bit but I have no way of knowing for sure.Thanks!Mark

By default they are DX3 (they do have a 32bit version of cockpit interior on their webpage).As with any aircraft, you may get this problem. I have ot wth the Do-27, DF planes. I also run things like GE Pro, ASV6 and so on.

This only occurs with this aircraft, hence the question. Well, I guess I'll make do.

Do you own the A36? Or the Digital Aviation DO-27? If so, does it happen with those planes too?Because with more detailed aircraft I personally get that little VC texture "hang" upon loading too.
