I have a addon scenery for Sochi (URSS) and in the read me file it says they recommend using Caucasian mesh. (File name daucasus_mesh.zip made by Aleksandr Bondarenko)Since I don't know russian I couldn't find the file myself. I was wondering if anyone who can read/knows russian post a link to that file.
