October 27, 200718 yr hi all, i have two computers, a pc and a laptop and i have heard that i can run certain programs in another pc so that the pc running fs9 is not affected with these. I am looking for some tutorial/steps/guide on how to do this, my pc crashes sometimes and i dont know why, so I'd like if possible to take some load out of it so it can run FS9 smoothly.Thank youMy specs:EVGA 680i motherboardC2D E6400 2.13GHZ2GB OCZ REAPER 1066MHZ DDR2 EVGA 8800GTS OC 320MB19" WS VIEWSONIC3 HDD'SXFI SOUND CARDSAITEK X-45 JOYSTICKPS: i am currently running, fs real time, active sky 6, fs9 with squawkbox in my pc doing a flight. so far no crash/error
October 27, 200718 yr Hi i am just now in a flight on vatsim from esnq-essa with sb3 asv on a client pc and writing this listening on sky blue radio tuned in com2.no problems you must have a router and wide fs installed on your pc. dll-files in fs module folder and wide fs.exe on yor client both widefssb3 have info about the setup soon time for TOD good luck :-)
October 27, 200718 yr BTW You dont need to uninstall something just install wath you need to use ex. on both pc on your client the often ask if it is a widefsconfig share the folders on your main pc for ex fs2004 shared folder over network in yor widefa inifile you must write down the ip to yor main fspc sorry for bad spelling i am in a flight ;-)
October 27, 200718 yr HelloFS9 is only using 1 core of your Core2, why not just set the affinity for all your other programs to the other core ?
