Hi Ghiom,I just downloaded the re-distribution version (64 Mb) and installed it. The reason why I chose the re-distribution version is that I have FS9 running on a dedicated separate (FS9 only) machine that does not have any internet connections but is linked via a closed network to my older and slower download/surfing/e-mail machine. However, for you the direct update version could be sufficient if you do not have a comparable set-up. I do not see any performance increase but the overall picture seems to be a lot better.However, make a safety restore point before installing because uninstalling afterwards is not possible according to the instructions. When you have done this you can always revert back to your previous situation if you are not happy with the results.I did not re-install any video drivers for my NVIDIA GeForce 6800 GS AGP card.Hope this helps.Hans
