November 18, 200718 yr Is there a space shuttle for fs9 that will go beyond the 99,999 feet barrier? Or is it even possible to break the 99,999 feet barrier? Thanks
November 18, 200718 yr I don't think that's even possible in FS9, as I think 99,999 feet is a hard-coded limit... I know FSX can go higher, though..... Declared weather: FSX: ASN / FS9: ASE
November 19, 200718 yr Thanks for the info. I would have to upgrade my computer before running FsX. Thanks Anyway
November 21, 200718 yr As the other reply points out FS9 is altitude limited and as you point whilst FSX does allows higher altitudes than FSX, many people have performance issues in trying to run FSX. If it is of any interest, the freeware software "Orbiter" as an alternative to MS's FS2004 and FSX, allows high earth orbits and even interplanetary flight.http://orbit.medphys.ucl.ac.uk/images/gallery53.jpghttp://www.orbithangar.com/UserGallery/ima...SSretracted.pnghttp://orbit.medphys.ucl.ac.uk/Best and Warm RegardsAdrian Wainer
