Meljet 777 cabin almost killed but not quite

Hello AllSometime ago i got some advice here on how to remove the irritating partial virtual cabin view(MELJET 777) by altering the views section in the aircraft CFG and that was successful(HOORAY).But this cabin simply refuses to die,although its gone from the VC if i am panning around (hat switch)at the point where there would wing engine views there is the the disembodied #### cabin view.I tried removing all the internal views from the Texture folder,but still it refuses to die all removing the textures did was turn of the colours but black cabin view still remains.Does anybody know a way to finally kill the cabin.cheers AndyPS i tried adding some wing views,in the hope it might at least hide the cabin,but the bugger was not having it.

Hi Andy!Not having much luck, huh.Unfortunately I don't think there's much you can do to remove the cabin - it's hard-coded into the model. The only thing I can suggest is to look around the web for the earlier Meljet model that has a less extensive cabin. If you could find it, at least it wouldn't be so intrusive.Good luck!;)

Hello and thanksI think i have sort of solved the problem.I came across some wing views for fs9 and after some fiddling about i have got them to work and they now show instead of the disembodied cabin,but i fear it is lurking in there somewhere and although i now have wing views i don't know if there may be some performance issues when using them.(those textures are still in there somewhere)I shall try out the plane on a flight tonight.PS there is one cabin view left that i DO like and that shows passengers facing forward watching an in flight film playing.(a short clip over and over)although its painful watching a guy being kicked in the nadgers over and over ouch!)cheers Andy
