What is latest FSSkyworld Version...

Featured Replies

Please direct me to the latest FS Skyworld version and provide the link if possible. I loved using that program in conjunction with Active Sky, but when I upgraded my computer, I didn't save FS Skyworld. Also, does it come with all the clouds necessary for MSFS, or do you have to download cloud sets? I welcome any hints on using these 2 programs together to create the most realistic sky possible. Thanks in advance. Stan

There is also the FSskyworld 4 version this is not completed yet. I haven't heard when it is coming out. Maybe it will be the one that will be compatable with FS Century of Flight. Anyone of any info of this?

Hi guysSorry to dive in with such a mercenary question but is FSSkyworld freeware, shareware or payware.

Thanks for the link. This is perhaps one of the best "freeware" add-ons to MSFS available today. I am one very thankful simmer for it.That site says it's "stand-alone". If I remember correctly, FSSkyworld attached to MSFS folder. What is the proper set-up of program so that all the clouds show themselves correctly. Thanks again. Stan

Stan,You are right and that site is right. You had the older version that did install inside the MSFS folder. The new version installs outside MSFS, but does the same thing: get those beautiful cloud textures into FS and onto your screen.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support
