This is by design.They want to prevent fully automated access by machines, so every now and then you have to "prove" that you're not a machine. You're just operating one ;)

Well, I know that I am not a machine - but I still have trouble decyphering the letters we are supposed to be able to recognise. :-) Barry

And the captchas used by this service are of the more readable kind. I have seen much worse ones. At least they still use letters. I once came across a captcha where you're presented with a couple of ugly looking faces, and you're supposed to pick the least ugly one. Well, what shall I say - I didn't pass that one... ;)

Just as a note when the captcha form does appear on my system it completely locks up fs9 and I have to shut everything down any ideas on how to get around this apart from using another service which I normally do anyway but sometimes I would like to use g***le.dom
