Md-11 Virtual Cockpit

Featured Replies

How can I get not get the virtual cockpit on the MD-11? I have tried to click on it on and it does not want to go away. I would like if possible to fly the MD-11 without the virtual cockpit. Any help would be appreciated. I like to fly the MD-11 in a 2-D mode, and only use the virtual cockpit when I want to. For me it's hard to to get in a 2D mode. Thanks for the help.C. Go to the Setup options in FSX, Click the Customize button, then Aircraft. set the Default view to 2D, this will affect ALL your planes.

I set up two of my joystick buttons to do view switching, corresponding to what the A and S keys normally do in the simulator. (switching between main view categories and then the actual separate views within each category) 2D is actually a view type within the same view category the VC views are in.You can also switch views by right clicking somewhere that isn't a control on the panel and picking the view from the menu.
