December 25, 200817 yr I've sent several emails to your support address the end of November and early December but have not received a reply. Therefore using the forum in hopes that management will read. I purchased PMDG 747 and 747F on 23 Nov 2008 and was double billed. I sent the emails from my yahoo address (the only one I have) to your tech support email (I did not see a customer service support address). Can I send the purchase information to you directly (product ID number/SKU etc) or a member of the team vice wading through autoreply bin?Rich Perry
