Please see: http://ops.precisionmanuals.com/wiki/SIDSTARSDo not download procedures from navdata, because they stopped allowing updates awhile back and procedures you do find there are becoming obsolete.Airac navdata and sidstars are available from Navigraph, see article above for additional info.
