January 8, 200917 yr Hey Guys,OK, so I updaded my PC memory. Since doing this I cannot get the 747-400X to load :(When loading the aircraft I get the following error. I have tried re-installing but no luck. It doesn't give me any option to trust it. It was working fine until I swapped my memory. I check the registry setting mentioned on PMDG Ops, but it was set fine.Any help appreciated!RegardsMarc Fuller

January 9, 200917 yr Apparently not. Odd error... just changing memory chips you say? When you tried reinstalling the 747X, did the authenication work?Try uninstalling the 747X, make a backup copy of fsx.cfg and dll.xml, delete the un-renamed files and let FSX make new ones. Then try installing the 747X. Dan Downs KCRP
