Liu,Yes you can but with two limitations:1. The LSAS (Lateral Stabilty Augmentation System) and RCWS (Roll Control Wheel Steering) systems will be disabled when you press the keyboard controls. For these systems to work properly the movement of a joystic or yoke roll/pitch axis must be detected and processed. This is not a big issue, you can still hand-fly the aircraft just fine.2. The yoke animation in the VC will not be represented accurately whenever you press the keyboard controls.

Liu,Joysticks today are cheap as chips.Considering the price of the aircraft itself and its complexity, I would strongly advise that you buy one.Your flying will never be the same again.Best regards,Rafal
