January 30, 200917 yr FSX - yes.FS2004 - no.FS2004 uses a few sound files for all of the AI traffic. You can change those by finding new AI sounds here at the Avsim library and then copying them over the default sounds, but all planes will sound the same.The only other solution to this is to purchase FSHotSFX which adds different sounds to the AI traffic. I have it and it works well, but it is unsupported now and it affects Radar Contact and PFE negatively.
