Aggravating problem above 18000 ft.

Recommended Posts

I've been looking everywhere for an answer to this but i can't find it anywhere. On the 747-400X, when climbing past 18000 ft (which is every flight) the plane goes haywire, it will never hold a heading, if i put in 100 on the heading select it gets to that but then constantly is turning, wiggling, moving and turning way too steeply. I would really like to use this plane but is pretty much unusable because of this. Am i doing something wrong? or is there something wrong with my airplane?Any help would be greatly appreciated,Joe Schear

This behavior is normally the fault of MSFS horrible wx engine, which creates very unrealistic wind shifts, velocity changes, temperature and pressure variations.Try it with clear weather (no weather) selected. If the problem goes away, get and use registerd copy of FSUIPC. It has the only utility I am aware of that solves this problem.
