March 3, 200917 yr New user and a little puzzled how Vox manages AI. Im using AierNav to generate the Traffic files and while I can see a/c on the ground, taxing and landing etc. I rarely see a plane while in the air. ATC is constatly talking and vectoring the AI, but especially at night, the skies look empty.

I believe the first version did not interface with AI traffic or very little. I started using VoxATC for FSX a few days ago. Last night it seemed to handle my AI just fine. There are some call signs I need to rework because some aircraft were being called "Silent" while others were completely articulated by the 2 voices available. At the time of flight and location I mostly saw just T-34C Turbo Mentors. But on a previous occasion I saw plenty of AI traffic while using this application. Keith Guillory
March 3, 200917 yr Author Im using the FSX version. It seems that the AI visually is limited to a rather small radius (such as the airfield itself. I was watching a departure yesterday and it seemed to just blink off at 1-2 thousand feet. Also noted no other contrails at altitude on a flight yesterday (and this is at 100% vox ai settings). It seems the planes are there since the atc is quite busy with them, I just cant see them unless they are pretty close by. If I just use the MS ai, I can usually spot several contrails at altitude.
