I'm looking for the name of the program that allows you to add your own airline names to the default ATC in FS2k2. For instance, if I wanted the ATC to call me "Pierglass", instead of "Soar" or "Landmark".ThanksPieter

If you want ATC to say the name of your own airline, or if you want to add an airline that's not in the list mentioned by Wallace, you'll also need EditVoicePack. It's a bit daunting at first sight, but you'll soon get the hang of it. It's very well done and really fun to play with.
