260 GTX and 24 inch monitor

I know that for FSX any card over 260 GTX is an over kill for a 22 inch sized monitors, but do you need a beefier card (such as 280GTX) for a 24 inch monitor at 1900* 1200? Or will 260GTX suffice?

GTX 260 is a great card for 1920x1200. Essentially the sweet spot for that card in today's games.
