I have been having this problem for a little while and can't figure it out, and hoping someone can help. I week or so ago I installed a panel, and after that I got the fssound.dll error, I have fixed that by editing my fs9.cfg file. But the problem is, now when I fly IFR, I can go from clearance, grd, twr, dep, but then departure never hands me off to center. I have noticed that it does not hand any of the AI planes either. That is how I found the problem, because I fly with PFE, and that will hand me off to center, but then I don't hear another planes. So that is when I started to try the default ATC and found that it would not hand me off to Center. I flew from KRDU to KLAS and was on Raleigh departure until it handed me off to Vegas Approach. I have tried everything I could think of, deleted my fs9.cfg and restarted fs9 more times than I want to count. I found one post in the forums that dealt with this issue back in July of last year. I was just hoping maybe he or someone else could give me some Ideas of what might be wrong.Sorry so long and Thanks for any helpGlenn

I thought I would give an update.I have good news and bad news. The good news is it works now, I get the call to center now.The bad news, my hard drive crashed, so I had to reinstall fs9. Everything seems to be working now, so I am still not sure what happened. I just hope it does not happen again.Glenn

How did you end up fixing it?

I never got it to work before my hard drive crashed. But with the reinstall, it worked fine. So I am still not sure what made it to do that, and how to fix the problem. I just hope, know that I have a fresh install, that it does not happen again.Glenn
