I forgot my user pass word to install my MD-11 and don't know how to get it.

Without a name there's no way to help you... the password is the same that you use to log into your account on the pmdg web site. If you can't log in because you forgot your password, email pmdg support to clear all that up. Once you can log in, you can get your order ID from the order history in your account. Be sure to get an automated response from you email to support. No auto response = they didn't get your message.

I solved the problem by copying and pasetin everything into the required fields and it worked.Michael Pare.
