Hi guys, I can't seem to change my PFD/ND from CRT to LCD on my FS9 747-400 even though i selected the LCD option on the PMDG menu, I've even tried reinstalling the whole aircraftIm running FS9.1 with Vista 64bitsany ideas? many thanks!Rick Chan

Maybe the menu selections aren't "sticking" because admin rights aren't assigned to the pmdg folder and subfolders?

How do i assign admin rights to the folders? is that different from running FS9 as an administrator?

I discovered it by just trying different things when I first got Vista. You won't break it. In this case, you can right mouse click on a folder and select properties and then go to the security tab. There are other ways if you keep exploring.

I've tried assigning full control including Write permissions to the accounts on the folder but I still can't change the screens to the LCD option....any ideas? thanks!
