Yes, everything normal.The white colour in the FMA means "armed" and turns to green when changes to "active".And yes, the light in the APP button in the MCP turns off after glideslope capture. And, if both autopilots are engaged and ILS freq in both NAV radios you will see in white ROLLOUT and FLARE.
