June 10, 200916 yr I'm doing a flightplan for this airline, and they recently made some scheduling changes. Here is what I've been able to figure out from various tracking sites and the company's website. All times are local.FG401: DailyDepart Kabul 1500, Arrive Kandahar 1630Depart Kandahar 1700, Arrive Dubai 1930Boeing 727FG402: DailyDepart Dubai 0600, Arrive Kabul 0900Boeing 727FG705: Wednesdays and MondaysDepart Kabul 1030, Arrive Istanbul Ataturk 1400Depart Istanbul 1600, Arrive Frankfurt-Main 1800Airbus A310FG706: Wednesdays and MondaysDepart Frankfurt-Main 2000, Arrive Istanbul 2355Depart Istanbul 0100 next day, arrive Kabul 0730 (this leg isn't for passengers)Airbus A310FG707: MondaysDepart Kabul 0730, arrive Baku (Azerbaijan) 0935Depart Baku 1045, arrive Moscow SVO 1345FG708: TuesdaysDepart Moscow SVO 0030, Arrive Baku 0315Depart Baku 0410, Arrive Kabul 0750FG311: Sundays and TuesdaysDepart Kabul 0830, Arrive VIDP 1130Boeing 727FG312: Sundays and TuesdaysDepart VIDP 1400, Arrive Kabul 1500Boeing 727Here are the areas I'm having some trouble with:1. Flights FG707 and 708: flightstats.com says this is with an A310. The only pictures of Ariana planes in moscow are of 727's, but the last one is in late April 2009. Which one is it?2. The airline's site says that they use three A300's, four 727's, and one An-24. Where does the An-24 come in then? I can't find any flight that uses it.3. Wikipedia says there's also one 727F and one Airbus A300. Does anybody know if Ariana uses these planes, and how? Thanks
June 10, 200916 yr Hey I wasn't aware of flightstats.com, it seems like a worldwide flightaware.com, very useful! If you do a search on the a.net photo engine you can find quite a few Ariane pictures. Most of the shots at UUEE are indeed 727s...The AN-12 could be used for charter operations along with cargo ones so it might not be easy to find any info on that. One of their A300s registered YA-BAD skid off the runway at Istanbul in 2007. I suppose the one is service is YA-BAB.They were also operating a Saga Airlines A310 (TC-SGC), and a Bestair A321 (TC-TUC) but I'm not sure if they are still continuing to do so... Onur K. I can't find anything on it so I'll just make it representative.I'm thinking of having the 727 freighter do flights to VIDP and maybe to Turkey every three days or so.That leaves the A300. This is the strangest part. They don't do any scheduled flights that I can find. Instead, they use the A310's leased from SAGA, which aren't mentioned in the site yet do the kabul-frankfurt flights.I'm confused.

They must be changing their schedules frequently as well as the operating aircraft per destination.I saw a picture of the AN-24 at Dushanbe so you might consider a flight to the capital of Tajikistan. You can fly the A300 to Dubai or better to Sharjah, that would be realistic... Onur K. Visit my FS blog: Clear Right...
June 11, 200916 yr I know it's not directly related to your original question but I thought you would like to know,I just read on the A.net forums that Ariana acquired 2 A310s from Turkish and that their crews were undergoing training in Istanbul. It seems we will be seeing more Ariana A310s in the future...
