Hello alli don't know if i'm posting in the right forum hereplease excuse me if i am.i'm just starting to get into doing scenery afterusing so many awesome freeware and payware sceneries on AVSIM and other sites.i have ordered E-Z scenery from Abacus to start, as i am not versed in coding. ( enter cat-calls here) : )one small problem...Abacus is not sending my validation keydo abacus still exist?any info pertaining to this would be most helpfuli thank you in advanceSteff

Abacus certainly still do exist - if you go to www.abacuspub.com then there is a customer support option at top right of the home page

Might take a day or so, but they will get back to you if you sent them an email. I've never had 'instant' responses from Abacus from the few times I've had to contact them over the years, but they have always replied to any issues or problems I've had within a day or so, and usually with something helpful too, so I think their support is pretty good on the whole.Abacus come in for a bit of stick from some simmers - often unjustly - but regardless of product opinions, I certainly can't fault their support.Al
