May 21, 200323 yr Hi there, I was wondering if there was any way of incorporating the nosegear touchdown sounds into the sound files for a particular aircraft. Also, is there a way to increase the loudness of the sound that the mains make upon touchdown? Thanks for any assistance.J.C. (MYNN)
May 21, 200323 yr Pulling the "environment" volume slider all the way up raises the volume on some aircraft- others it's still a pretty timid sound.Best,Joel
May 21, 200323 yr Author [left_TOUCHDOWN]filename=bmtouch1, bmtouch2, bmtouch3, bmtouch4minimum_volume=10000 [center_TOUCHDOWN]filename=bmtouch5, bmtouch6, bmtouch7, bmtouch8minimum_volume=10000[right_TOUCHDOWN]filename=bmtouch9, bmtouch10, bmtouch11, bmtouch12minimum_volume=10000Above is extacted from sound.cfg of an aircraft - increase the minimum_volume figures for more volumeAnother way is to open up the actual .wav files with sound recorder or some other sound editor, crank up the volume and save it.Be conservative with your adjustment increments - you can get too loud (and distorted)Regards,Mark Regards, Mark
