Which landclass and texture replacements?

Featured Replies

I'm somewhat confused about the different replacements available for (worldwide) landclass and replacement textures.I thought of FScene X Total Pack and Cloud9's XClass, but there's WWW (what a wonderful world) and SceneryTech and MyLandclass etc. available on Simmarket as well, so what do you recommend at the moment?Thank you in advance.Andreas

See this thread. I provided some screen shots of the differences between a couple (including Larry's excellant NY State landlclass project).http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtopic=251333Overall, I prefer Cloud9 (for the US/Canada/Europe), but also have SceneryTech that works better in some instances. Landclass products are relatively cheap, so I suggest getting a couple of them (I have Cloud9, SceneryTech, FS Genisis, UT's, and some specialized areas as above), and utilizing the best for the particular area you are flying.
