You can't. TP turns off autogen.Barry
Not exactly true. If you download for example the third party Autogen for Switzerland Profesional (a FS9 compatible photoscenery addon) and place it in the correct location inside the Tileproxy Photoreal World folder, you will have Autogen in Switzerland. ;-)This consists of thousands of AGN files that describe placement of trees and houses for each 1.1km x 1.1km ground tile. This was all created manually by dozens of contributors.
